Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for your recent purchase on Montana-west.com. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to help you with returns and exchanges. Please be noted that we support canceling orders before shipment and providing a full refund. However, once the product has been shipped, you need to contact Montana West customer service team to make the request.

I. Return Policy

PLEASE NOTE: GOODS MUST BE UNWORN / BRAND NEW CONDITION TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN

· Eligible for Returns

We offer 30-day free returns. However, to be eligible for returns or refunds, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

 

The product should not be washed, worn, or damaged, and packaging must also be in the condition sold. Once you receive authorization for the return, you must return the item within 10 days. In special circumstances, the deadline may be extended, but not exceeding 30 days.

· Non-returnable Items

Damages/loss caused by the customer are not eligible for a refund. If your product has obvious defects from our factory, please contact Montana West World's customer service team and provide relevant photos and videos.

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale/discounted items or made to order items. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on all types of earrings. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

 

Once we receive your product, we will notify you within 2 business days and provide a full replacement service. If you're simply dissatisfied with the style, suitability, or any other explicitly displayed features of the selected product on our website before purchase, we will assist you with an exchange.

 

II. Exchange (if applicable)

If you are dissatisfied with the product, you can contact us for an exchange. After completing the application, send out the product. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the inspection results and proceed with the exchange (no restocking fee will be charged for returned products).

 

III. Return & Exchange Process

Contact Montana West World's customer service and explain the reason for the return or exchange (if you believe the product is unsatisfactory, please provide relevant videos or photos). When our warehouse staff receives the product and confirms that it is in good condition and meets the product refund conditions, Montana West World's customer service will process your refund or exchange in 3 days. Please be noted that it may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
