Wrangler Cowhide Fringe Concealed Carry Purse

What exactly what she was wanting..

It's a little small than what I had expected but I love my purse however I'm a little disappointed in customer service when I reached out when I received the wrong wallet.
I did not receive the matching wallet I had originally purchased to go with the purse, and I was sent the black and white cow hide wallet instead.
As soon as I opened the box, I emailed to let you guys know and to be aware of the issue and was giving a web site for a return but it wouldn't not let me do the return because it was the return on the purse only and not wallet, and no place on there to make any changes on my end, it was like I never purchased the matching wallet and I very much so did..
I tried multiple times to resolve the issue and got no help from customer service I
was so aggravated I gave up.
So please help me if someone can with the issue, because I have yet to even use or carry my purse without the matching wallet.

I do like the purse a lot, but I didnt receive the leather crossbody strap with it. I tried to send and email to the customer service department but have never received an answer.

Wishing the handles had rings to drop down instead of staying up all the time
